I had an amazing stay here! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. The rooftop lounge is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and checkout a breeze. They even allowed me to store my bags after checkout so I could continue exploring the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast and lunch served at the hotel were delicious and affordable. I loved the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the helpfulness of the staff.

The rooms were small but had a bathroom, which was convenient. the hostel was also great at helping guests book activities. It was within walking distance of the bus stop, making it easy to get around town.

The rooms could get quite hot as there were no windows, and the noise from other guests could be disruptive. the staff was not always helpful, and there were issues with the cleanliness of the garbage and laundry services.

We had a wonderful stay at Erupcion Art Hotel & Hostel. Upon arrival, we received a helpful booklet with all the information we needed. the staff was incredibly thorough and even had a detailed board with all the activities in the area. the location was perfect, overlooking a park square and within walking distance to the hot springs. the best part was the free filtered water! the bed was comfortable and everything was clean and well-maintained. we were very impressed with the staff, amenities, and location. Cons: Can't think of anything 🤔.

I loved the central location of this hostel, right in the heart of Baños. It made it so easy to walk to the bars and restaurants in the area. Plus, the room had a great view of the main street, mountains, waterfall, and park.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Banos and had a great experience. The location was perfect, overlooking a beautiful park square. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Ricardo at the reception. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hot showers were a bonus. The restaurant served delicious food, like pancakes with fresh fruits and granola.

The kitchen felt a bit awkward to use as it was also the restaurant kitchen.
